"I'm homeless, horrible sick from living outside in 40 degree weather. I walked to get my prescription for antibiotics to agrees the fluid on my lungs. I ask for a mask im so sick to protect others. I'm sweating bullets swaying. The dayquil rings up twice the price, I need a care card, I explain I'm homeless and refuses to sell me medication at the sale price or use her card or anyone elates in the store. I don't have the money so I cried all the way back to where I sleep, not calling it home, crying with ideation because the pharmacy refused to let a homeless person get a care card to for the medication. She said "im sorry and shrugged" Watch the obituaries for my name, It it comes up, Know the colchester CVS pharmacy killed me. I'm a real person who deserves to be put before a corporations narcissistic need to hold medication hostage in exchange for personal information. If you don't have the info they are mining for they just won't sell you medication at the same price as people with an address. I have lost hope today, I have lost any hope I'm not going to die from this infection. I don't know how this woman lives with her self but she should not be allowed near anyplace people need medical care. This is disgusting"
"Friendly service but sometimes limited help. Mostly self checkout. Items have also been slim ever since COVID-19."
"I hate dealing with errands, but the (I think new) pharmacy tech at the window of CVS Colchester was so kind and friendly and helpful. I was so surprised by her friendly attitude, willingness to do an extra task for me at the last minute, and that she took the initiative to double check things and offer to reach out to my doctors office for a totally different prescription than the one I went there for. She printed the instructions for my son’s inhaler, and offered to request a refill for my other inhaler. My physician notified me today that they filled it! After going to CVS at this location for years, I am so impressed! It’s not often that you come by an employee that treats you like a person and not a burden to them. Though, I completely understand that everywhere is short staffed and it’s an extremely hard and busy job. Thank you!!"
"DONT TRUST LISTED HOURS. Not even those listed on the CVS website or app (especially for the pharmacy). Employee argued with me when I said anything and blamed me for not calling to check that their own website was correct (plus the guy smelled really bad.. yuck). Never has anything except the self checkout open, but it messes up and they have to call an employee to help "every time someone uses it" (employees own words). I had to have an employee reset the machine at least 5 times when I was using it. They don't have any bags available, not even reusable ones so if you don't remember your own you need to carry everything. I am definitely done with this store, and the employee said all the CVSs in the area aren't following their own listed hours so I guess it's time to switch pharmacy companies as well!"
"I usually drop off my UPS items here never had problems till today 01/03/2022 . I dropped a package as always and the cashier said I am all set ….. normally I get text once cashiers scans my items this time I did not but I left since I never had issues with this store before after more then two hrs I checked email and phone nothing so I decided to call the store and asked. Got hung up multiple times at third time guy name Cody answered so I explained him everything the. His response was my package is still there and I need to call UPS my self and he can’t help me. I asked can I talk to manager or supervisor his response was again very rudely I am the manager. I said ok then I will be coming up to talk to you then . Once I got in store young guy showed up and I asked him are you the one who I spoke on phone he said no it was Cody . Now apparently Cody does not have time to talk or ? So I explained the young cashier and he scanned again and less then two min I got text as I should and it was all done . I personally think he should be the manager not the Cody ( operational manager ) who does not know how to talk to customers or does not know how to scans or do his job . So if you see name Cody in this store try to avoid him because he does not like to help peoples or do his job apparently. I want to thank the young kid who took a time to help me and I am greatly appreciated thank you again ."
