"Amazing staff on overnights, 2 gentleman an older man and a younger gentleman but both were equally amazing, made us feel comfortable and were so open and understanding of our male k9 who is a rescue and was abused horribly until he choose my wife and I but they totally understood him."

"I found cockroaches in my room and couldn't be moved because there were no empty rooms left and management wouldn't refund anything to me not even the $20 to have my dog there for the night. I will NEVER stay here again and don't recommend to anyone else either. The screen door on the sliding balcony door was broke off and sitting on the balcony. Felt like the bathtub was going to fall through the floor. The shower curtain had been ripped out of the wall and looked like a kid screwed it back up sideways. And there breakfast consists of nasty banana nut muffins and apples, thats it. Quite a continental breakfast. Not worth the cost at all. Stay at your own risk."

"Stay at your own risk! Wish I had read reviews before booking, but every place was booked or double the price! But considering what we were charged for the most austere room in years of travel, this was the biggest disappointment for two nights ever! It was clean-- thankfully, otherwise we would have been in the car! They are helping the community homeless since COVID per mgmt, not enough housing with the various college students in the area. I'm glad they are helping, but not that it made us uncomfortable. No issues, but discerning to see someone with a plate full of toast and they were the only ones in the breakfast room! Instant eggs, no surprise. The queen bed in a room that could hold a king plus queen was crazy! Again, wasn't well maintained--room 226, screen off patio/deck door. Not a clean smell, opened door for cool air, now you get bugs. Again, just disappointed...especially for the cost!!"

"Melissa is the best! She was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a very clean, comfortable, and quiet stay. Even with the many other guests we did not experience a single problem."

"non smoking room smelled like a cigarette. people sleeping in their car in the parking lot and when I went to the front desk to ask to change rooms she said the hotel is completely booked and gave me a bottle of cheap air freshener to spray in the room. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had."
