"Only center in Concord without a wait-list and for a reason. They yell in your kids face. Unsafe environment mentally and physically. Turn over is high. My older son had eight new teachers in a year. I have since pulled both my kids from the program. Avoid letting your children come here. My older son had nightmares every night and once we left the center they stopped."

"I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a long time. Due to some old reviews (ridiculous people on the internet, no way!) we kind of shyed away from the EEC when we were looking but I had a friend with a son there that strongly endorsed the center and he convinced us to check it out and we are so fortunate that we listened. We enrolled our now 3.5 year old when he was 5 months old and the effects were immediately apparent. It was clear the benefits that the center was having on him, being with his teachers and around other children as he grew and developed so quickly. When the pandemic hit we we’re both suddenly working from home and they were so flexible in letting us withdraw him and then reenroll him and our now 13 month old last fall. They would be flexible when my wife’s summer teaching breaks hit and would give us the opportunity to reenroll in the fall. The director Beth Smarse and all of the the teachers are amazing and had clear and significant impacts on our boys lives. We withdrew them in August because we are moving to SC this month and my heart broke a bit the last time we picked them up. Strongly recommend this wonderful facility."

"Early Enrichment Center has been truly a blessing for my grandson. I have had him since he was 2 days old and he has been at the daycare since then (he is now 2 1/2). The staff has always been caring and nurturing. I'm sorry I have to move him and I truly recommend this daycare."

"The teachers at this facility are amazing. The owner is also very kind. We were fortunate enough to have had Brittany, Melissa, Carol, Megan and Emily, all of which cared incredibly for my daughter. Each of them take great pride in educating and caring for the children under their care, and always ensured the safety and well-being of every child. All of these ladies are kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. We only moved our daughter because we found a more conveniently located daycare near my new job. It worked out better for my family location wise, but I absolutely hated moving our daughter. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for childcare."

Both my husband and I are very comfortable leaving our kids in their care, and our kids are doing well with the transition from staying at home with me to full time daycare. Teachers are very attentive and keep us updated daily. Well maintained and clean facility. Comparable tuition with other daycares I looked into. Staff is easy to get a hold of. Perfect location for our work schedules. I would recommend."
