"I’m from Indiana, I went to the Manchester store to buy paint for my sons condo. They were out of the sample size for the color I wanted them to tint. I asked about what they could do instead they offered me at least a $28 qt size but it would depend on what type of paint. They seemed unwilling to help me, to talk to me about choices etc. I didn’t just need this sample, I was going to buy at least 3 gallons of the color that we had already decided. I had stood in this store, not a very big store, for about 10 minutes before, 5 of which was in line, and then got cut in front of by a painter wearing a sherwin Williams shirt. Rude treatment, making me feel like I was a bother."
