"Great place I ordered windows with new owners. Only down fall was miscommunication called back to order an extra window and didn't get it now have to wait 3 more weeks to get it when thought ordered 6 not 5"

"Not a bad place to deliver but only if they OPEN THE GATE!!! My paperwork says Must delivery at 7am I got here today at 6:30 it’s now 7:20 and the GATE IS STILL CLOSED!!! Last time didn’t open gate till almost 8. I do my best to be at my appointment’s ON TIME. If they won’t me here at a different time then should have it on the paperwork so I’m not sitting and waiting on them to open the gate."

"Staff is very welcoming and knowledgable off the business and materials. The building is very large with an abundance of resources to offer to businesses!! Phone sales are quick and easy and you can create a business account with them which is extremely helpful to record all purchases. They're very organized in running pick ups of materials and have a beautiful office!! Thank you for your business!!"

"Anytime we call this company we wait on hold for over an hour. Many jobs delivered incorrectly and no urgency on redelivery. Lead times given inaccurately (off by 3 weeks or more). Overall this company really needs some work. We’ve been working with them patiently for over two years and I think things are getting worse. I’m not one to leave reviews but, I hope the company realizes they need to make some major changes or continue to lose customers. I will update my review if things change or get better."
