"Great customer service! They go above and beyond here"
"I have had a problem for over a week trying to fit new plumbing into old plumbing under my kitchen sink it has been very trying, the second time I came here I brought old and new plumbing it took some time but they were very helpful and I can now use my sink"
"I had the pleasure of dealing with the ultimate bath store, but my real appreciation goes out to their counter workers. Such professionalism and helpfulness. The couple times I've been in the store, they immediately put their masks on. They go out of their way to help you with questions. Biggest applause goes out to having to deal with rude customers who berate them. I was picking up a few items from their counter and some woman was on a rant about how one of the employees didn't have a mask on. What she failed to mention is that when she walked in, the employee put it on. She was incredibly rude and kept saying they are spreading covid-19. The employee handled it very well and professionally. She was extremely rude and if I was the owner I would never take her business here again. I guess there's a certain level of entitlement and rudeness you're allowed to have when all you do all day is spend your husband's money. My hat's off to the counter workers for taking that abuse from somebody who's clearly very entitled. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future and I hope they never have to deal with women like this ever again."
"Absolutely terrible service. Waited for a faucet for over a week. I get that supplies are low but the excuses and terrible customer service from the local store aren't explained by "supply issues". My biggest complaint is that the customer service rep. only responds to my emails and phone calls at 4 pm aka end of day when I can't do anything about it. Product failed to be delivered and then when it finally came in after a week she sits on the product for 3 days and then tells me "delivery is full". I get that I'm not a contractor and my order was small but the customer service has been absolutely terrible. Avoid if you are completing your job and aren't a big name that gets quality customer service!"
"We we're referred to the Granite Group by our plumbing contractor and this proved to be another great choice. Colette was our point of contact for the group and she was just outstanding. She was knowledgeable, professional and really allowed us to work our way thru the selection of multiple items for our renovations. And her support went well beyond just the sales process. She was available to us throughput the 10 months we spent redoing each room. Just a great place to do business. You cannot find a better place for renovation support."
