"Made a reservation for 6:15pm and get told when we arrive that they will be closing at 7pm due to the fireworks. No where on the website does it state they were closing early for the event. In fact the Sugarbush website recommended we come here for the event! We were treated terrible and rushed to order and told to eat quickly once to feed arrived. It was such a disappointing experience. Not to mention we were never properly explained how to order. You have to place the order online through Facebook or google (and the staff had no idea what to do when asked why when someone doesn’t have Facebook) and just wait, take out style. Way to ruin what could have been a memorable New Years Eve experience! I will never go back and will not recommend to anyone. By the way don’t try to call because they don’t answer the phone!"
