"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been dealing with this store for years now, and until today never had problems. Bought a brand new Warhead motor from them, was defective out of the box. Won't work in any airsoft guns I have. Was working a schedule that didn't allow me to make it to the store sooner. Drove an hour today to return it ir have it replaced and they wouldn't do ANYTHING to make it right. Told me I was out of luck, and that they couldn't do ANYTHING in regards to selling me a defective product because it was outside of their "20 day return policy". I will never waste my money at this store ever again!"
