"I just needed to exchange my shoes and the store was supposed to open at 10AM. I waited an hour for this store to open and it was still locked up. I called customer service and they offered me a $10 off email code for the inconvenience - never received it. I'm done with Journeys. It's also a complete nightmare to return or exchange anything, you basically have to sacrifice your first born son just to exchange your friggin' shoes. HORRIBLE company that doesn't care about their customers!"
