"Was a great experience. Nick the manager was very helpful on the phone in reserving the right size I needed for my daughter. Chris was the salesman who helped me in store to get all accessories, matching helmet, lock, lights , kickstand and bag to hold the lock. Also a cellphone holder . All was great stuff added to this beautiful bike for my daughter to be safe and ride in style. Great service and they where able to add everything to the bike quickly so I could get back to work. I am happy and great full for there awesome service. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a great bike to go see them!"

"I’m glad to have a bike shop in Nashua that’s as great as this one. As an airline pilot, I’m very thorough and inquisitive by nature, so I’m thankful for Jake, Sean, and Jen who were so patient with me. Bike technician Steve also came out to explain basic maintenance to me and I feel better now having learned that too. They were very understanding and quite frankly I learned so much about the sport and about bikes from all of them. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I only felt encouraged to try the sport and see for myself! Ride one, done! Best time ever. 10/10 will recommend! "I went in on Friday just to look at options for a new road bike, Glenn asked me questions about where I ride, why I ride and what was important to me, he seemed very knowledgeable and I in my head was thinking he was going to suggest a 3-5 thousand dollar bike, he didn’t he suggested the Domane 3 at half the price and when I questioned him about the more expensive bike options he was honest and explained why I didn’t need them. I did some research and visited a couple other shops looking at the competition and honestly all the other stores tried pointing me to the more expensive models that would not suit my riding as well. Kudos to Goodales for looking out for the rider not their own wallet"
