"Was looking to get parts to build a skateboard a little over a month ago. You have to get an employee to take most of their skate stuff out of the display area. The employee I got was pretty helpful at the beginning, giving me recommendations for what brands to get for wheels and stuff. However, I told her exactly what kind of trucks I wanted and she somehow gave me different trucks, one hollow and one solid. Didn’t realize this had happened until a while after when I went to build the skateboard and by then the return period had already ended and I didn’t have a receipt anyways. Make sure you pay attention to what the employees here are giving you because it’s such a bizarre and avoidable oversight that shouldn’t have even happened. Pretty sure the employee knew what was going on too because when she rung up the trucks I noticed she took them out of the bag and was looking at them and I should’ve known that was a red flag right there."

"Abby was super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She was incredibly sweet to my 4 year old who asked her no less than 6 billion questions. She took the time to build the ideal skateboard for my son and get to know his likes, dislikes, and personal style. He ended up loving the entire set up. If she wasn't the manager, I'd call her manager and tell them how fantastic she was. Best customer service, hands down."

"Word of advice to anybody who goes to this store trying to return anything without a receipt just prepare yourself because they are going to treat you like you’re a thief and have every employee in the store staring at you like you’ve done something wrong when the majority of the time you won’t have a receipt for a gift but there’s a bunch of small minded kids working in that store that clearly have no idea what they’re doing or how to treat customers. I buy clothes there all the time but because of that experience I will never spend another dollar at this specific Zummiez."

"It’s nearly midnight and I can’t stop thinking about how the staff at this particular Zumiez is made up of the nicest people in the Pheasant Lane Mall, even Nashua perhaps. They’re like the bro versions of Chick Fil A employees. Everyone is so nice and helpful and non-judgemental. I never feel pressured here, just some really great people who are great at their jobs and I want all of New Hampshire to know"

"It has a selection of good clothing, quality and style wise. The tees are comfy and while on the pricier side they can be worth it if you find one you like. I like the Hawaiian shirts specifically. It has longboards and skateboards, as well as parts you may need for it. Super friendly staff, always have a good time when I walk into the store!"
