"Undercooked, cold food. It's really nasty. I thought that this was just a weekend issue (while trying to move through the line too quickly) but on a non-busy Tuesday they're still serving cold meat products (the sausage is luke-warm & the cheese isn't even melted in their wake-up wrap, the bagel minis are legit cold inside). I don't even know how this is safe to eat."

"TLDR; Don’t expect to get what you paid for. Stopped at the drive through to get some glazed munchkins for the family as we don’t care for most flavors of donuts. Ordered a 25 count and got home only to find 7 glazed munchkins and the rest being various flavors that no one eats. I am incredibly disappointed they didn’t simply tell me they couldn’t fulfill my order. I would’ve gladly switched to plain donuts or lowered my order down to what they had. Now I’ve wasted money and wasted food, because no one will eat them. This has unfortunately lowered my opinion of this Dunkin. I am very agreeable when it comes to food service workers because I know how tough it can be, but I honestly feel kind of scammed."

"Ordered a medium iced mocha latte and was asked how much mocha I wanted, I said normal amount which should be 3. Receipt and drink was listed as 2 caramel, not even close. Also took 10 minutes and me having to ask for them to give me my donut."

"They usually have my order done perfectly! I do switch up monthly to maybe every other depending on when they switch their flavors and what diet I'm following. I do love their new breakfast taco, which I've gotten almost every day with my black iced butter pecan coffee. It's been so good each time besides today! I was super annoyed to bite into cold eggs! It was actually enough to gross me out that I don't think I'll order that for a while. Maybe because it was after 3:00! Do y'all do like a shift change around then? I'll have to make sure i stick to my normal like noontime. Other than that y'all kill it."
