"Beautiful camping spot. Management was very friendly easy to deal with, setting up reservation via email was quick and convenient. He even backed our borrowed pop up camper into the spot for me when I was having trouble doing so. Bathrooms and showers were very clean! We’ll be back in the spring!"
"I don't usually stay at a campground because they are usually in a middle of a hot field. This place is in a mature forest. I loved it! The owners are awesome. I have already scheduled a return stay next year when I'm back in the area for hunting. This was my first trip to Vermont. I stayed 8 days. Clean restrooms and showers. This is the perfect family campground. They don't tolerate the rule breakers. Even met folks from other states. The owners call you by name. Just like Cheers. Lol."
"Everything is laid out plainly and clearly on their website. I was able to search for everything that I needed from my cell phone without any issues. Also, and emailing back-and-forth all of my questions were answered-before I even arrived. Gary was super friendly and answered all of my dumb questions on the spot that I came up with. He helped me set everything up and I am looking forward to staying in my new home hopefully for the next year or so."
"After numerous email contacts, we pull in and because our dog is a mixed breed with pit bull we can't stay here. She told us it's on their website, but when you are doing things on your phone, you don't see everything. They could have asked during one of our numerous emails. She said no vicious dogs allowed. However when we left a restaurant after eating a man came up and played with our dog through the window saying he is the nicest dog. I wouldn't say that is vicious. It turned out for the best. We found an awesome place on the river at Rivers Bend park ground. Thank you for denying us, we found a better campground."
"I was traveling to the area for work and found this lovely campground that backs up against the Green Mountains. When you pull into the drive you look up and just see beautiful mountain side. The campground owners are friendly and accommodating. The grounds are kept tidy. There are hiking trails right from the campground. They even have cute goats! Can’t wait to come back for a family vacation during the warmer months!"
