"What a spectacular find! I am a chef who moved up to VT a few years ago when I attempted to retire. I will admit I am a total food snob and I am rarely very happy. That all changed today when I walked into the store. The staff, including the owner who I chatted with were all delightful! The selection made me feel like I was back home in NY.
