His inventory was extensive, he listened to what we wanted, he was exactly on the money for his estimate for costs, and he dealt graciously with being questioned at every turn by my dad. "My wife and I hired Novi Antik design, after we checked out their show room at the Robins Nest in Amherst NH. We initially wanted to work with them to just renovate our kitchen, while we would look elsewhere to remove a load bearing wall, and lay new flooring down in our first floor. Ray at Novi offered to make a quote for that work, along with the kitchen. When we received the quote, not only was the rate reasonable, but they had included an entire built in china cabinet with a wine rack and a granite topped coffee station to go into our dining area, which we planned to open up to the kitchen by removing the aforementioned loadbearing wall. Upon completion we ended up with new flooring on the entire first floor, and a beautiful kitchen with the kind of functionality we could only have dreamed of before. We were even assisted with installing a new toilet and vanity in our 1st floor half bathroom. We are very happy with the way the project came out and practically live in our kitchen now.
