"The associates at this location are very rude and unwilling to help. They ask you to sign up for a credit card at the register, but won't allow you to use and make any purchases with it that day, you point out and show them the disclaimer that states the card can be used that day and without the number the information can be looked up with a photo ID. Either they are poorly trained or their website is completely wrong with information. If you sign up for a store card. All locations have allowed you to use the card that day. The store itself is clean and everything is mostly organized. Just as a customer the demeanor of the stuff is very poor."
"I like the variety of hard to get items here and the customer service compared to the non-existent service provided by Walmart. However, watch your receipt because Michaels tends to make errors in their favor during checkout. I don't think it is malicious and they have made it right in the end, it is simply something to look out for when shopping there."
