"Drove over arriving at 5:40 for a very specific necklace. I had previously bought a shorter length of this same type. I was hoping to get one that was longer. The light in the front was off but the rest were on so I called. The women who happens to make the necklaces answered. I asked if they were open. She said, with an aggressive tone, she closes 15 minutes early so she can go home at 6 and I wouldn't be able to shop in that amount of time anyway. I was taken aback and said I came for the specific necklace. "Her response was 5 minutes before I close?!" I said how would I know you close 15 minutes before your closing time, it says 5:40 on my clock. She said I have a life outside here. I make the necklace if you want to change the the change or get a longer one. I said I would never buy from her again. She said fine and hung up. Just a note, I run a business and was going to open a line of communication to buy 20+ necklaces, possibly monthly and trade cards. Not today boo. Not today."
