During late winter and early spring, we carefully tap our maple trees, ensuring minimal impact on their health. The sap is collected through a network of lines and buckets, with 40 gallons of sap needed to produce just one gallon of syrup. Our maple syrup is processed in a large stainless-steel tank and then boiled in our sugar house until it reaches the perfect density of 66.9 percent sugar. The end result is our delicious, 100% pure New Hampshire maple syrup, which is available in custom jugs for our customers to enjoy.
