"Doing a job in the area and I forgot my lunch! A quick search for the nearest source of food turned up Hollis House. - Got me a slightly modified steak bomb, when on the road that's the easiest thing to fix with what's on the truck when the pie joint screws it up. - Not only did Hollis House not screw it up, they made it awesome. Steak was noticably seasoned, tender, and the thing was so fresh and juicy I had grease dribbling down me chin. The hallmark of a great sammich! - Had to come back to test the pie and the poutine. Boy howdy, did these folks deliver again! You wouldn't assume that french fries gravy and cheese is complicated, but believe me, it is. And these folks know how to navigate that complication to produce something really yummy! - If you're in the area give em a try!"
