"We get car service since we’re 25 minutes away. I’m vegan, so I always order my extra veggie pizza with extra sauce and without cheese. It’s always good when it’s right, but at least 2-3 times out of 10, it’s made with cheese and needs to be corrected. A few times we didn’t check and found out when we got home. Now, we always check in the car. Tonight, mine needed to be remade. The online system and receipt both clearly said no cheese. It’s always good, though. I just wish they’d slow down enough to get the details right the first time. Mistakes are going to happen, but 2 or 3 out of 10 is far too high an error rate."

"Pizzas are dry and doughy. They hardly used any sauce and most of it was pushed towards the outer edge of the pizza. The crust is bread like and lacks flavor. Toppings are low quality and taste like the inside of a freezer. The sauce taste like citric acid and old tomatoes. The employees can't ever cut the pizza right and it falls apart when you try to grab one of the very tiny slices. In summary if it weren't for all the coupons this chain would be out of business, everything is of the lowest quality. You can get much better pizza from your locally owned and operated pizza shop for around the same price."

"Both pizzas were ordered to be cooked well done. Both pizzas came in so raw all we could do was eat the toppings. The pizzas smelled like beer, which is a sign of old dough. Last time for pizza for us."

"Ordered Alfredo pasta with just parm onions and garlic. Get home and there is sausage in it.. looks like peppers too. Didn't pay for the sausage and didn't order it either, now I can't eat the pasta. Would have preferred they forgot something not added random meat."
