"The View Was Nice But The Swimming Water Isn't Great To Swim In."

"I like it here. Weather was less than spectacular so it wasn’t too crowded. Bridge is close to hide under if it rains tho! Careful of the rocks on the left hand side of the sandbar heading north thru the channel. There are quite a few mussels around as well, although they seem to be concentrated more towards the edges near the deeper water. This is a popular spot and will get very busy in nice weather!"
"One of many great spots on the lake but certainly the most popular. The southern tip is the shallowest but the edge can drop off sharply. Keep the kiddos corralled on the bar and you'll be good. The northern edge had a more gradual slope but slightly deeper water at times for wading (depends upon water levels)."
"This is the best place on earth. Don't forget to put on sun screen and something to entertain the kids. Also money for when the ice cream boat comes!"
