My initial hot tub had an uncommon manufacturing flaw. When this was eventually discovered post-delivery, Oceanside quickly arranged to have a new tub delivered at no additional cost. I have been incredibly impressed as a customer with the rapid responses to technical questions & issues; and if there is a problem, Steve will come out to diagnose and address them promptly.
