"What a great experience we had! This campground is so clean and friendly. It has a great location right on the Pemiqewasset River with a nice sandy beach. A beautiful pool, nice playground, and wonderful staff. We were tent camping and their wooded tent sites are very spacious and well maintained. The bathrooms and showers were immaculate. The location is perfect for exploring the lakes region of NH and is within 40 minutes of the White Mountains. I would highly recommend this wonderful campground to anyone wanting to visit New Hampshire."
"We have been coming to Davidson Campground since 1985. We have tented and use the cabins. We come to visit family that have seasonal places for day visits. The activties are fun for kids and adults this weekend was Racing Night lots of fun. Besides the river, to kayak up the road there is Hermit Lake very peaceful."
"Great spot for camping. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. So easy to deal with when needing help. The campground was clean and though the bathrooms are a bit barebones they are well maintained and clean. You do have to pay to shower which was different for us but I think that helps keep them clean. The campground kind of has 2 different environments, wooded or the field. The field is very open without much shade and the sights are packed into one another. The wooded is the exact opposite. Wish they had more full hookups but the dump station was easy to access when needed. Poop was nice and never crowded. River was nice and those tent sights looked cool. The campground has lots of seasonal people that didn’t seem to be there during the week so mid weak was kind of quiet where the weekends were busier. Overall great stay though wish had all their sights full hookups."
"People are great. Very attentive, responsive & friendly. Nice pool and location. Easy going vibe We had a wooded site. Lots of traffic noise towards back of campground. Ridiculous amount of bugs. Bring lots of spray and citronella candles Dirty /uneven power that owners are working on fixing. Could only run one big energy drawing thing at a time on 30 amp (usually can run everything no problem) Easy drive to Winnepesaukee."
"This is one of our favorite places to camp! The playground is great, the bathrooms are super clean, and the staff is accommodating and friendly! They even stopped by to help us newbie campers, back in and level our camper. We’ll definitely be visiting again!"
