"I too am a people pleaser.. they put a s sample on my face, which itched during the week in the area they put it on, went to ask for a refund and they said absolutely no refunds was told someone would call me no one ever did so I’m stuck with a product that I cannot use. Reminds me of when I go to vacation at certain resorts with the high pressure sales.."
"i was walking around the mall and was handed some kind of moisturizer. after that, i was waved in and the salesman did a demonstration with skin care products. he was VERY pushy and lowered the price 2 or 3 times as i said i could not afford $200 exfoliant. i am a people pleaser and have a hard time saying no, but i was not going to spend that much on skin care. he also tried subtly guilt tripping me. despite me saying no and that i was not interested several times, he just kept going. i recommend walking on the other side of the mall when walking past this store. avoid it unless you have ample time and money."
"Copy and paste your review to the bbb there is a link on this page. We get a few dozen in a week that will get someone's attention. I already have contacted 7 with awful stories that will be posted in bbb SOON!!! Again STAY AWAY Do yourself a favor read the reviews. Brought wife to mall for 50th b day. We were having lunch and shopping when some very aggressive sales kids convinced us to come in. Introduced us to "manager": who tried to charge 600$ +++ for a bottle of cream with a 10 maybe 15 min totorial to show how it works and how to use it. After some talking and aggressive sales work I figured I'd shut it down and I said give it for 150$ we will do it... FROM 600 to 70%™less 150$ with even put extras in for the 150$!we laughed walking out saying I wonder if the 600 customer gets the extras. Then the worst my wife has very nice skin never changed any product nor used anything different than this product and she LOOKS TERRIBLE puffy red irritated she's never had anything like this and the only difference is again your product Since I believe this post is not enough to tell ppl what you are A SCAMMER so I will be in to talk soon please believe everyone will hear me. Then I'm standing in front of your store handing out flyers during your busiest days. Wkend before x mass , Black Fri ext. See you soon Matthew Lyons"
"3 month ago my sister and my mom went here to get a moisturizer from here and they got it. But today when I went with them they didn't have anymore and tried to sell us something that was not the product that we wanted. Mind you my mom does not speak good English and they kept trying to sell it to us but we told them that we were going to show them a photo of what we wanted but they kept persisting that we buy it but it. It was 150 and we didn't want to buy it so we told them that we would be back ( Never going to come back tho ) he smacked his lips together and waved us off like he was mad that us for not buy bad products. NEVER and I mean NEVER come to this store."
"Do not go to this store. If you are feeling vulnerable or are a people pleaser they will take advantage of you. I went into the store thinking they were just going to give me a packet of eye cream. Instead, they asked me to sit down and started their sales pitch. We were just chatting about every day things, but then it turned to them trying to sell me the products. I told them I could not afford them. That did not stop them. Again they said try this product or that product. Again I told them I could not afford it. During this time, I thought we were also having a nice conversation. It was just all part of the sales pitch. Later, the manager came over to me and started talking about prices. I told him I could not afford it. The initial price was ridiculously high. The more I said I couldn’t afford it the lower the price went. He dropped it by about 75%. I told him I could not do it. He then got mad and asked why I had sat here for so long. I was kind of shocked with how angry he was. I told him that the sales person and I were just chatting about life. He got so mad and asked again why I stayed and talked to the salesperson. He then stormed off. They need to listen to people when they say no and that they can’t afford it. I did not buy anything."
