"Jacob was very pleasant & helpful, I can't understand why they would move him to another store. The cashier who assisted with cashing out was very nice also. Unfortunately I forgot his name, But the staff needs to be more customer friendly, they never welcomed you to the store ask if you find what you're looking for etc. I see the manager Sam making the effort. And that's why I gave this store 4 stars."

"Unfortunately to fit the vibe of the store it appears they need to hire a bunch of ungrateful staff. Sorry to say but some of these girls are not cut out for retail at all. I can't believe online ordering is a better experience than in person!"
"There was a customer in front of me at check out that was being extremely rude to the girls at the counter. They handled it professionally and were great when it was my turn to check out. I’m not sure why the woman was so upset, but I didn’t feel like it was any fault of the employees there, so kudos to them for remaining professional in a stressful situation and continuing to take care of the rest of the customers with a positive attitude!!"
"I wish I didn’t have to give it one star. My very first time in the store and I’d never go back. I’m 69 years old so of course this store isn’t for me. I was there for gift cards for my granddaughter. When I entered the store I was in the Aerie side. I asked the first clerk where would I go for gift cards? Her look said, “old lady this store isn’t for you.” Without her saying a word she just walked away from me. I went up to the second clerk I then asked her if it mattered which side I bought the gift cards because I wanted my granddaughter to be able to shop whichever side she wanted. This clerk answered me but didn’t know the answer I was looking for. She told me I could ask the cashier and that she would know. I got so upset I went to the other side to American Eagle and they did everything they could do make my shopping experience great. They knew the answer to my question. While I was purchasing my gift cards the clerk noticed there were no envelopes. So another clerk left the counter and came back with envelopes. They were so pleasant. As for the Aerie Store those clerks shouldn’t treat seniors as if they didn’t belong there. To just walk away was something I’ve never experienced. The clothes of course were not for me but I still was spending money on gift cards. I’d never go back!"
