"Maine mall location Portland Maine clothes are great store was clean customer service is terrible! The cashier didn't great me when I got to the register no smile no nothing. At the end they hand me my receipt I said thank you and their response was YEP. I told the manager on the service was terrible she also didn't seem to care. so if you want old navy clothes just go online cause the employees are not helpful and customer seevice is no existent here"

"I found a very cute romper for my daughter's baby shower. It's a magenta pretty pink color. They also had a navy green color one. It's sleeveless & really pretty. I wore a white shawl over it.Anyone looking for something dressy but not too dressy this would be perfect. I went to 3 other places first. I should've just went here first. Next time I will because I usually always find what I need here. Plus there prices are reasonable. My romper was $40 dollars. Other places I went dresses & rompers were much more expensive & not as cute in my opinion."
"This store is always hectic and a mess. Line is too long and goes too slow. Probably due to not enough staff, but it still makes it frustrating and you have to commit to a good half hour just to make your purchase after you select from the merchandise that is strewn about the store. I won't go there again until i hear some good things about the place."
