"Dropped of a snowmobile trailer load of bottles for my special needs brother was told to call in a couple days waited 2 days called to just check status and woman that answered the phone was rude said nothing is done I mentioned that I didn't even tell her my name yet she replied don't care they not done and was incredibly snotty and rude about it .BAD first and last experience with smith's store I don't like being reamed by an employee for just asking a question as directed by bottle kid"

"We've been camping nearby for about 5 weeks now -- finally getting ready to leave -- and I want to give a shout out to Smith's Grocery for consistently excellent service and delicious food! We don't eat a lot of meat, and they make the best veggie grinders, so we had them often. The one time we had a Margherita pizza, it was magnificent. The vanilla creamees in the trailer around the back are sinfully good. I can't say enough good things about the staff and food at Smith's! These are the businesses that keep Vermont alive. Thanks, y'all, for being there and being excellent."
