"Travel RN who rents 4-6 places annually and this was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Maintenance employees were sent to the house on 5 occasions in the first few weeks of our stay for minor repairs that we didn’t request, despite the home being empty for several months before our arrival. We were only given notice prior to someone coming to the house about half of them time. Completely unacceptable for two young women living in the woods alone. When we complained we were essentially called ungrateful. Completely unprofessional responses any time we had an issue. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including internet (in a vacation rental??) which ran about $800 per month. Stay away from this company."
