"There is no parking, everything's private around it, no access to it, and there is no Town parking lot anywhere! A useless place that nobody unless you live right next to it Don't waste your time!"

"Tiny park with pergola, bike rack, history of Pine Point, wildlife info, water fountain, benches, and a beach trail. Pedestrian access only. You'll need to park in city lots or in street parking a block over. Keep to the park, don't trespass at nearby Lighthouse Suites or the gated neighborhood on either side. Enjoy and respect this hidden treasure!"
