"I try to shop here as little as possible. Self checkout is a nightmare if you have a full cart since they don't open the regular sized checkout lanes very often. Workers are in almost every aisle stocking shelves with large carts making it difficult to maneuver around them. So often they are out of what I need. It has gone way down hill in the last few years. I pay more to shop elsewhere because it is not a pleasant place to be."
"The customer service line is always long and it’s always full of people getting money or sending money. These transactions take 5-10 minutes per person and there should be a dedicated line for it. I just want to make a quick return, but I’ve been in line for almost 30 minutes and there’s still people ahead of me."
