"The trails here are easy to moderate. Some are mostly flat, although a few are a little hilly. There is small gravel on some sections of trail, and a few wooden bridges/boardwalks. It was a bit muddy in a few areas. There was ample parking, and only 2 other cars were here when we arrived. The waterfall was really amazing! I saw so many fascinating creatures here! There were slugs I had never seen before. I saw ghost pipes for the first time in this forest! There were so many cool varieties of fungus all over the forest floor! And the forest is full of many varieties of trees and flowers. There's oak, beech, maple, pine, birch, and many more. Make sure you apply bug spray of some type, as the mosquitoes are abundant! During hunting season, WEAR ORANGE! Dogs are welcome and there's a waste area."
"Well maintained and well marked trails. Not too crowded, a peaceful walk in the woods. Wonderful that it connects to other town trails as well, so you can walk for miles through multiple towns. If you make it to the waterfall trail, there's a beautiful little stream with some tumbling small waterfalls hidden under the canopies, smaller or larger depending on the season and the amount of water."
"It was an awsome trail, packed with families and Dogs and waterfalls, I could definitely do it again I loved every minute of it, the trails where easy to get around, a little muddy but that adds to the fun, cant wait for more adventures!"
"Amazing place for hiking! The trails offer a variety of paths you can take. Foliage in autumn is beautiful. Trails and bridges are well maintained and marked."
"I like the area here and the trails are pretty well marked with prominent colored blocks attached to the trees. We only took the white trail this time that was a circle trail returning to the trailhead on Range Road. We did not see the waterfall as we were only on the white trail loop. We saw a red and an orange trail that we weren't sure where they went. The map at the trailhead shows the loop trail, however the map is not color coded so it is not easy to trace where the trails go. If they color coded the map and put signs pointing which way each color trail is going and maybe like waterfall this way with trail color sign would be nice. The white trail is a nice wide trail with numerous bridges and wood walk ways in the wet areas. There are parts of this trail that get pretty steep and other areas fairly flat terrain. There is no parking area here you park on widened area of the pavement in this location and gravel shoulder."
