"Future pools does top quality work! Lauren Ard just bought a pool shell for a self install kit. Her and her husband had no experience in pool installation. I jumped through hoops to help her and her husband throughout their whole self install process, until she got very bitter towards me. I then severed our ties and received this nasty review. Most of her review does not state the truth. I have plenty of other people on the island that would verify that."
"Be very careful of this business The business practices are shady. His contracts are either vague Or non existent. Response is zero. If you dare ask any follow up you are met with no answers or what borders on verbal assault. I had made 6 referrals prior to things turning south and all 6 have come back to me with similar stories. The owner never showed up to complete tasks promised. He removed parts of my pool that no longer work. He showed up to the island with no way to get two pools off the truck, only to call us (his customer!!) knowing we had the equipment to help and we did. He forgets the promises me makes. Likes to say how he “bends over backwards” but is leaving a wake of distraction in his path. The last time he was here I asked about our pool cover and I was screamed at so badly my neighbors asked if the police should be called. I would strongly advise using a more Professional company."
