"My whole family has enjoyed excellent care at Dr. Harre's hands for several years now. Recently she treated one member on a day she normally didn't see clients, due to the urgency of the need. Her assistant, Barbara, came in the following (day off) to do the necessary follow up care. Dr. Harre is very kindly, professional and knowledgeable. She cleared up my son's chronic skin condition after a different dermatologist's treatment failed. Everyone deserves to enjoy healthy skin, and Dr. Harre's care ensures we all do."

"Dr. Harre has an incredibly rude full-time receptionist who is unprofessional and is a negative face for the practice. She has repeatedly behaved as if answering simple patient questions is an inconvenience, which one would think is her job. If you make an appointment, don't assume you will be able to call to change it or check the day and time - they use a paper calendar system and the receptionist finds it incredibly hard and inconvenient to look through the schedule and locate appointments. She said she would call back when she found the appointment and then never did call back, and then didn't have any information when I followed up days later. She even hung up the phone purposefully in the middle of a conversation one time. My experiences with Dr. Harre herself have been fine, but it's not worth it to go to her practice and deal with her awful receptionist. There are plenty of other, more professional dermatological practices you could visit. I would not recommend this one at all."
