"They lied to me REPEATEDLY over the phone, telling me they accepted my insurance. Only after the first "free" appoinment did they tell me they did not in fact accept my insurance and that if I wanted any treatment I would have to pay out of pocket. SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. I waited, in pain, for over a month for that appointment, when I could have simply booked an appointment elsewhere."

"I arrived 15 minutes early they took me in right on time for consult. They asked if I'd like my extraction right then. Yes let's get it done. Dr came for a chat then right in with the novacaine. 10-15 minutes time for effect. Dr came in put a rubber block in mouth then came the pliers one tiny crunch noise out was the molar. Done, perfect. Thank you great job"

"They have been great with my daughter so far. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking dental treatment or orthodontic treatment at the Portland office. I do however wish that they allowed parents to go with their children for things such as x-rays, and molds."

"This place is a joke. Very rude and inconsiderate staff. I refused to fill out intake papers on this visit. I filled out paperwork in June and nothing has changed. We have been coming here for 12 years. The Ortho named Amanda, after she had already taken my son to begin his dental work, she came out and threw the paperwork down on the table and demanded I fill it out. I told her I filled out paperwork in June and nothing has changed. She proceeded to say very loudly right there in the lobby that we should be grateful that my son has gotten "free" braces. She then went and told my son he needed to leave after she had already removed the wires from his braces. Now he has just the brackets in his mouth. This place is full of very unprofessional people.. we are currently seeking a new orthodontist. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Would give a zero star if it were possible."
