"It's all been said by previous reviewers how great this office is and I wholeheartedly agree. State of the art, equipment I've never seen, TV on the ceiling, a bathroom worth walking into, and the best waiting room where Nemo has been found. A warm and friendly staff to greet and care for you. These are the surroundings and this is the team that is Dr. Figueiredo's support system. Every patient should be so lucky to have a medical care team that is as well oiled as this one. For someone my age who has had multiple dental experiences, this is by far the BEST experience with a general dentist I've had (I had an outstanding endodontist experience previously so now my #4 tooth is feeling much happier!). It's the first time I didn't have sweaty palms and grip the chair for dear life and says more than I could ever put into words. The work needed was extensive and the procedure was not fast. Dr. Figueiredo took his time, and was focused and gentle. I felt confident in his care, skill and expertise. I had a dentist who left over a year ago and had to seek out a new one. I couldn't be happier that I found Thrive Dental Studio. I drive close to 2 hours and I'm more than happy to travel to Dr. Figueiredo."

"Never would have thought I’d be so happy and satisfied with a dental office due to past traumatic experiences. From the gals at the front desk being so accommodating with my scheduling, to my hygienist, Ally, being so gentle with the multiple visits for each quadrant, and brief encounter with Dr. Figueiredo (which is totally fine by me because that means the gals were running the show!). "Easily one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dental practice. Absolutely top tier professionalism from Dr. Figs and the rest of the staff. I had a dental emergency, so my wife and I contacted Thrive to set up an appointment. They were able to see me around noontime the same day! Their office is clean, modern and comfortable. There's plenty of amenities to help quell even the absolute worst dentist anxiety, such as the massage chairs and the TV's in the treatment rooms (they have one on the ceiling too!). One of the first things you see when you enter the office is this massive fish tank that's filled with clownfish, anemones, crabs, and other various aquatic stuff. Absolutely mesmerizing to watch and it definitely helped with some of my anxiety. They also have a Lego bouquet of flowers at the front desk which really adds character to the room. Small things like that always makes me smile. Dr. Figs and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and got to know me as a patient. They were able to answer all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and whatever anxiety I had left quickly dissolved. The actual process of dealing with my dental emergency went by extremely quick! I was able to watch TV while things were being worked on. After everything was finished, the staff answered whatever questions I had left about post-procedure care. Dr. Figs followed up with me later in the day to check to see how I was faring post-procedure, something that I've *never* had any other dentist do. That right there sets Thrive apart from everyone else. It's safe to say that Thrive Dental Studio is where I want to go for anything dental here in Portland from now on. I recommend you do the same, you won't be disappointed."
