"When I had contacted them for estimate; they were professional and helpful to me as I choose the shingle type and style. The gave me a fair cost estimate and a date range they would start the job. They were able to begin on date estimated. There was a team of 9 workers that day who worked as a team to get the job done by end of day. "I was desperate on a Wednesday in June of 2019. My home owner's insurance was going to be cancelled due to the family home's location and proximity to the ocean. I had to get a new policy, and the first questions asked was "How old is the roof?" Since it was over 20 years old, I called MAJCO for an estimate. The owner, Peter Mitschele was nearby; he was able to stop over within the half hour. He gave me a reasonable price and said he had a crew with availability on Saturday. I agreed, and by Sunday I had a new roof, the yard was clean, and I had peace of mind. In the fall, I called him to do a restoration of the garage through adding a permanent metal awning, replacing the garage doors with French doors and a window, replacing three additional exterior doors, and constructing a "mackdaddy" outdoor shower. Peter and Majco are great to deal with, fair on pricing, use great communication, and most of all, use common sense to solve problems and meet and exceed expectations. His crews were polite and great to have around. I managed most of the construction from 900 miles away since this is a second home; I never questioned the trustworthiness or honesty of any of his representatives."
