"Helpful person. Open reasonable hours. Computer that does water analysis is whacked. The computer said my water had excellent clarity. Gave it five stars for clarity.Ha. Couldn't see one foot into the pool. Perhaps it needs to be cleaned, the computer that is."

"Consumers Beware!!!! Hilltop pools and spas are an inadequate business, with very poor knowledge of their products! Their customer service is a joke and their 2 man workforce is nothing shy of incompetent!!! We had our pool installed June 13 2018)Which took them 7.5 hours from start to finish.We called them on the 14th to tell them the pump was not working correctly...Nancy said she would send her grandson down that morning...No show..This continued the 14,15,16,17.At this point we were very frustrated .Again Nancy told us her grandson would be down...He showed up at 5pm and stated:Yup it's not running right shut the pump off so it doesn't burn out the motor..Ok.Pump off..Not working! Next day) No calll no show..Called Nancy at noon..Where's your grandson ? She stated her grandson had an emergency and that he would be down after he got done eating lunch with his girlfriend, really? Ok.330 came...No show to fix pump.My husband than called...Nancy hung up on him.An hour later Dennis,Nancy's husband came down...Fiddled with a few things..yup pump needs to be moved,its not working correctly...Its now June 25th..No call no shows...And mind you) Grandson did not have any emergencies...We saw him on his Harley at 230 smh.Needless to say we have hired another pool company to come down and fix our brand new expensive broken pump/pool! Thank God for reputable honest people who stand by hilltops inadequate, poor service and over all poor business skills! They will never step foot on our property again! So please do your research before you spend your hard earned money on a a project that they do not stand behind...And didnt put in right in the first place! Disappointed and ripped off by Hilltop Pool and spas!!!"
