"My 2 year old son and I had a great experience. He was actually having a bad day and was extremely upset when we got there. The people we saw did absolutely WONDERFULLY at calming him down and showing him what to do. He had fun for the 10 minutes in the booth. And it was relieving for mom. They were very knowledgeable and good at their job and even elected not to look in his ears to cause him more stress because the booth part of the test went flawlessly. It's wonderful that they choose to not make him more upset with the internal ear exam when I warned them of his sensory issues of being touched. Thank you so much!"
