"Whoever was driving your 4C 6151 van on Ocean Ave. today around 4:30 should be fired as they are a danger to everyone else on the road. It's been snowing heavily an the roads are very slick and I was going just under the speed limit to be safe, yet they were tailgating me within about 3-4 feet all the way from Washington Ave and Walton St., then overtook me on the residential two-lane road, crossing over the double yellow line. This driving could easily have caused an accident and is very unsafe. The driver should be fired or at least have heir driving privileges revoked as I doubt you want your employees representing your company in this way."

"Had them install a new faucet. It became loose within 3 months and they do not stand by their work. They are going to charge $150 to come back and fix their poor installation. It probably would be a 10 minute fix. Not worth using them in the future if they can’t guarantee quality work!"

"After buying a new home I called them to come out, inspect, clean and repair the viessman boiler. The tech failed to hook up the external sensor correctly. When January came the boiler couldn't keep up with the cold. I asked for instructions on how to reset it and he gave me the wrong info. I asked him to come out to evaluate it again and he still didn't hook up the external sensor and said the electrical board needed to be replaced. He failed to notice the flu sensor that was malfunctioning or the damage that the recycled flu gases were causing the fan and venturi. I called another company to get a second look. They noticed the damage right off and hooked up the external sensor which enabled the electrical board to function properly. I tried calling Waltz several times before the service manager finally called back. He was very unprofessional and defensive and irrational. He stood by the poor work of his tech which was completely proven to be so by the second company that cleaned up their mess. I would never do business with them again and advise anyone to avoid them."

"What a terrible experience! We had a very slow leak in the wall. The guy came out and chit chatted for an hour with us, wiggled the pipe around and made it worse, and insisted that it couldn’t be fixed unless we replaced ALL THE PIPES. $330 later and the leak was actually worse! He then left insisting that he couldn’t even turn the water off because he doesn’t know anything about wells. We called another plumber after he left and they fixed it immediately. Go with B&S plumbing in Durham. They’re honest and will do a good job. I called their customer service line asking for a clearly written note for the insurance company that stated the work the plumber did because his handwriting on the bill was illegible. I never received it. I called back to explain that the second plumber had fixed the problem seeing if there was anything they could do about the $330 that I wasted on them. I was told I would receive a call back and I never got that either."
