"Today we had Matthew Tibbetts come to clean our furnace. He was very courteous within the allotted time of four hours showed up about halfway through that explained everything we needed to know about being able to take the filter out and clean it ourselves as well. Very polite. Hopefully this makes it to where it needs to go. "I was delighted and impressed by Strogen's sale representative, Paul. I called the company at the end of June 2023 and Paul showed up 5 days later. He was professional, articulate, and patient as he explained my options. I was impressed by his honesty. I have an old home and was prepared to purchase a Mitsubishi split system for EVERY room. Paul explained that that was not necessary. He was right. By the forth of July my units were installed. I was so comfortable this past summer. "This last storm flooded our basement and wrecked our boiler, which definitely needed replacing anyway. We contacted Strogen's to get an estimate for a new unit. We have worked with Paul in the past, and he is excellent. He was able to get over to us for an estimate within hours. The price was reasonable and the quick action by Paul helped us get things in motion right away. Lucky for us, the install crew could make it out the very next morning. The crew, which was Sean, Andrew and Gavin I believe, were punctual and professional. They did a fantastic job. Joe came by for a final look, (even the very next day to check something for us), and everything was completely finished on that same afternoon. Easy as could be. Can't thank them enough for restoring heat to our home quickly just before the holidays. Great work!"
