"Mike and his team are great. Polite, courteous, and excellent at what they do. I grew up in a small town with a friendly, trustworthy, and small local mechanic. Rochester is a much larger town, so I worried that I wouldn't find that type of relationship when I moved here years ago. Fortunately I found Rochester Radiator. They have never tried to convince me to get work done that was not necessary. As a matter of fact, they have actually talked me out of doing expensive work when they did not feel that it was necessary. And in the end they were correct. They have cared for all my vehicles (except warranty work) for many years, and I hope they are in business for a long time so they can continue to do so."

"Mike was a life saver. I'll keep it short but basically I had body damage (minimal) and a smashed headlight after a run in with a truck hitch after a snow storm. I was quoted 1,900 from an auto body shop to get my car back to where it was and on top of that my insurance wasn't going to cover it. I bought my car for 2,000, so there was especially no way I was going to do that! I realized I needed someone who would be willing to just fix my headlight so it would be legal to drive. Mike assessed my car very quickly and told me with confidence he would be able to do the headlight. That day I paid for the part and the next week he installed it. Not only was this done in a timely manner--considering my work schedule is hectic. But also at a super fair rate. He did a fantastic job with my car. Yes it still has dents from the accident, but now it has a snazzy, brand new headlight...which not only looks amazing but also makes my car legal to drive. All in all Mike saved me a ton of money in doing the bare minimum my car needed to be legal. He's honest and straight up. I recommend him and his business to anyone."
