"I would give negative stars if I could. An error in their system caused me to run out of my necessary daily medication. Numerous attempts to renew the prescription were denied and my doctor's care team will not take my calls, even though I clearly stressed that this is an emergency. This has not been the only poor experience I've had at Tri River, but it has been the most dangerous issue. I did everything right on my end, and in a timely manner, but me being without my medication doesn't seem urgent to anyone I've spoken to in the past 2 days. Changing PCPs immediately, and never returning to UMass care."

"When I was looking for pediatricians I was skeptical of Tri River because of the reviews, I come here for my own care and it is the most convenient location for us so I decided to give them a chance with my newborn. I have to say now my son is 9mo old and I can't recommend Dr. Cain and all the staff at Tri River more. My son is in daycare so gets sick a lot and they always call back quickly or answer the portal and if needed he is seen usually same day. I am grateful that everyone cares and has been wonderful every time my son has needed to be seen!"

"The absolute WORST !!! I’ve been going since I was born and that’s why I’ve stuck it out but over the years it’s gone VERY downhill Over here, constantly seeing a different Dr and constantly getting brushed off is extremely frustrating if it wasn’t for wait lists I would’ve already switched, this place has me on the constant verge of a breakdown !!!!! people told me to stop going and I didn’t listen because I was “comfortable” and I should’ve listened, overall UMASS itself is a horrible system, such a lack of communication and information and misdiagnosis with friends and family who could’ve died ! They also brushed me off for a “calcium deposit” when it was a tumor"

"If i could leave 0 stars i would , this place and their staff are an embarrassment, caught my pediatrician pretending to examine my son and giving me false diagnosis, i have been there for 7 appointments and i could have given a better exam myself ,the nurse there handles my child poorly and aggressively, the phlebotomist failed to take my sons blood 4 times in a row gave him a bruise and caused bleeding and then sent me to an actual hospital to complete testing . The front desk staff are rude and arrogant , If you are looking for a pediatrician for your child stay away from here at all costs , its an embarrassment these people are licensed"

"Reception staff called my husband the c word and Molly Cain pretends to examine babies. Legit had the cover on the ophthalmoscope and said everything looked good. We had to call her out to have her take the cover off and do it again. Her nurse also stretches my breached babies legs out straight when they check his legs until he cries. Sadistic and nasty. I’m never coming here again and I’ve been coming here for myself since I myself was a baby. They used to be good but everyone’s been leaving there and now they need to be SHUT DOWN."
