"I went to Soft Touch to get my car inspected that I had just purchased. It had a pretty bad leak, emergency brake wasn't working, and a few other things. They didn't go thru with the inspection and told me to bring it back to the dealer, instead of giving me that not so kind reject sticker. So I took it back to the dealer, who fixed all that was told to me, and I brought it back to be inspected. They put my new plates on for me, did the inspection in little to no time. Everyone there was very pleasant and in good spirits, and I was very comfortable while waiting. I would happily recommend this place for awesome customer service, and a great job well done. Will definitely be going back next year for my yearly inspection, and most likely will be doing my oil changes there when needed as well."
