"At the moment, I am going to comment about my experience before my first appointment. I will later address my actual appointment. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely lovely. I was scheduled for an appointment days later, not weeks or months later. She was so great at her job. ( I believe/recall her name is Donna ). She acknowledged other family members of mine who had been patients, including my mother who passed two years ago, and offered condolences. How lovely. I'm scared....nope, terrified, of the dentist (who's not!) And have put it off for years, but I'm confident things will do well next Tuesday!"
