"Employees aren't terribly helpful. If they have the opportunity to push the issue off on someone else, the do."
"Walk out of this Post Office in Dover NH if you ever see Cheryl working alone. Probably the most incompetent clerk I have ever met. Too bad upper management can’t see this and subject the customers to her incompetence!"
"I avoid going to this post office at all possible due to the man that works there. Last time I went, I was mailing a package to my daughter and he kept going on and on about her last name and how cool her last name was and why wasn't my last name the same, etc. All very loud for everyone else to hear and not something I wanted to have a conversation about. Made me very uncomfortable. I just want to go in, drop a package or letter off and go."
"I stopped going to this post office after some creepy guy told me he’s the boss and showed me his back scratcher with his name written on it. I’ve been using the UPS store to mail packages instead. However, I called Dover USPS today to ask if they could print my prepaid shipping labels at their facility via my smartphone. They told me yes, they can - to just come in and show them my phone. I just walked 1.7 miles to the post office with five packages only to be told they cannot print my labels. Also, the man in line in front of me did not speak English very well and was treated horrifically by the mail clerk named Beau - I actually waited outside the post office to apologize to the man on the clerk’s behalf because I felt so horrible seeing someone be treated so poorly. I would rather pay an extra charge at the UPS store any day than interact with the bizarre and rude people running this post office."
"There is a pattern of abuse here that is extremely troubling. My wife was harassed by the same front desk employee that others have reported. He was aggressively unprofessional, flirting and harassing her incessantly. She came home saying she would never go there again. Now, seeing other reviews, we see that he is abusive to minors as well. People need to speak up about this man. This is an essential public service, not a bar. If this ever occurs again, I will be submitting a formal complaint."
