"People have to sit on the ground because no seats were available since benches were taken away. Not an ergonomic design and not friendly for seniors or people with health limiting disabilities. Bathroom is nonexistent and ticketing machine is inside which is frequently locked. Please fix this. This place used to be decent."

"i have been put on hold for 2 hours yesterday then 2 hours again at night then 3:00 a.m. half hour so i gave up to make a reservation with my bike, today she answers phone to make reservation only to take the money but she did not send me the e-ticket on my email? what is going on with amtrak customer service department? hire more people???????"

"There is nothing physically wrong with this place. Still, I live across the street and cannot find a reason to take the train, as opposed to the bus. The bus is cheaper, clean, comfortable, and runs hourly, 24 hours a day. There are 4 or 5 bus departures for every train departure. The bus runs directly to Logan and South Station. While someone occasionally might find North Station handy, for most trips, Logan and South Station are more useful destinations."
