"Yesterday I had a FedEx package that required an "indirect signature" delivered to my house. I left a sign on my door with my signature and the packages tracking number. They REFUSED to deliver my packages insisting that I be present to sign for it!? I can't believe that during this covid mess FedEx is still forcing direct signatures!? I wasnt home so I didn't get my package.. So I redirected it to this location, in the same town and now I'm waiting an additional 2 days!? Horrible! The drug store is just fine it's FedEx itself that sucks."
"The drivers keep delivering my $8,000 medication to the maintenance door which doesn't even have an apt number on it."
"My review is for Fedex in general, but this location isn't as friendly or convenient as other shipping locations. Lately my experience with Fedex has been awful. I know many businesses that use them because they are cheaper than other shipping businesses. I started an ebay electronics business and my first item was a very expensive radio packed super tight. I don't know how Fedex broke it, but I stopped that business faster than Usan Bolt since I was spending more in Fedex "cheap" delivery and refunds. Other companies I have worked with sent equipment through Fedex and another company. The $6,000 pieces of equipment got there fine with the other company. The Fedex ones came in ruined like they fell off the plan in Cast Away. They looked like Tom Hanks used them as a beach ball, pinata, and ocean float. That's just my experience. I hope things turn around for them because there are some really friendly and good people that work there."
"They NEVER deliver my packages to the correct address. I've lost alot of money because of them. When I call, it's always the run around. So, this month I've taken the time to contact most of the companies that I order products through that use FedEx, and request that my packages be mailed through a different mailing service or I can buy from companies that don't use FedEx."
