"Predicating my review: We stopped in looking for books to purchase and they have a big room upstairs with a ton of books. Downside is they are haphazardly placed across the space and you have to search book by book to find what you are looking for. BUT, the people were incredibly nice, very helpful, and the bathroom was super clean. We weren't there for library services, but we walked out with 10 books and spent 5 bucks! SCORE!!!!"

"The Bethel library is a wonderful place it serves the community and is also involved in the main Public library system with books can be borrowed from other libraries or sent in from the state of Maine if it's not available it can be gotten it's run by a cheerful staff it's been a strong service in our community and we're very blessed to have such a nice public library in the town of Bethel Maine"

"Smallish country library with minimal advantages such as printing directly from a pc; limited selection of new books... advantage if you're looking for old books readers, references etc this is a great find! Appreciate free wifi w/inside (limited) seating and directly outside building. Fairly good hours of operation."

"The library is cute but lacks the things that modern libraries have. There is no printer which has been difficult multiple times for me, and I’m sure others. Currently, the Newspapers printer is down so there are zero places in Bethel to print something. Also, you have to pay for inter library loans. I don’t know of another library that does it. I tend to go to the Norway library because it is more friendly to patrons. I don’t mean the staff, I mean the library’s offerings and overall atmosphere. I don’t think Bethel values their library."
