"I went in for a battery change. The younger service employee was outside helping someone else with their car. I went in explained that I needed a new battery, had no idea what I was doing and my boyfriend who was in the car had just gotten out for the hospital and was in pain and could not help. The younger employee originally said he would help until the older employee said " I would figure it out" and went back to his lunch at the desk. They never said they could not help because of liability or some reason that would give any explanation of why they were not responding to any questions such as "can you please help?" They just did not respond staring at me and when asked again responded again with "you will figure it out." I will not be going back, not because they did not help but their attitude, lack of explanation and just overall experience made me think that they are lazy or incompetent. Either way, not someone I trust car parts with."

"Great service! Don't waste your time walking the aisles. These guys will help you, give you cost effective options instead of up selling you and quickly tell you if they have you part or in some cases where to go to get it if they don't have it."

"I gave them two star because they are usually pretty decent. I guess it depends on who deals with you. All I needed was a battery, the cashier was looking up my part and got a call and put me on hold... I guess his money's was greener than mine. Waited almost 10 minutes then left. Worst customer service I've received from Napa ever"
