"I spoke with several companies regarding the installation of a 500 gallon underground tank last year. To make a very long story short. CN Brown really came through. The tank installation was onźtime, flawless and the guys really know their stuff. The office staff are incredible and helpful as well. Since I own my tank I could very well purchase propane elsewhere but I love my relationship with CN Brown - I don't want to look elsewhere - That is how well I have been treated. "I have been a loyal customer for years. I called for a delivery and was told three weeks before a delivery is possible. I told the person answering the phone I will run out and will need an emergency delivery during that time. I was told they no longer do emergency delivery and then was advised to switch to a different company by the employee. She said she is quitting her job. Very rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I am switching to someplace else. I understand everyone is having problems right now but that is no excuse for such poor customer service."
